iwd 2026: we can build it better
We Can Build It Better
International Women’s Day Festival at Soho Theatre Walthamstow
Sunday 8th March 2026
This International Women’s Day, we’re proud to be part of We Can Build It Better, a
full-day celebration of the power of equality, bringing together conversation,
movement and community in a shared commitment to supporting women.
Curated by Stella Creasy and Mums Who Build, We Can Build It Better is
an event to challenge “The Old Boys Club” narrative, open to anyone who believes
we can build something fairer, stronger and more inclusive.
We’ve curated a joyful afternoon of movement as part of the festival in a series of
classes in the Soho Theatre café foyer (First Floor), designed to make you feel
strong, empowered and alive. There will be fun and confidence-
boosting sessions for kids too, so the whole family can get involved. Because
change happens when we get together.
