Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasises proper postural alignment, core strength, muscle balance and spinal strength and flexibility, and is great for recovery from injury. We offer mat based Pilates in the studio and online and reformer Pilates using machines in studio online. We can also offer private Pilates lessons using small equipment and the reformer.
