Yoga in Fellowship Square is back

East of Eden returns to Fellowship Square this summer for the 5 th year of their partnership with Waltham Forest Council and a new series of outdoor yoga and gong sessions.

Enjoy a blissful hour of yoga as the evening settles in, followed by a guided gong sound session where you lie down, get cosy and let the power of sound wash over you.

No experience needed. And you definitely don’t need to be good at yoga. Just turn up, roll your mat out, and be a part of it.

Tickets are £5. The costs are kept intentionally low to keep it open, accessible, and genuinely for the community. If this is still out of reach, get in touch for a free place.

We start on Friday 1st May (Full Moon) with Hermione Armitage, followed by a gong session from Sami Fitz. Classes begin at 19:30 and last for max 1hr 15 minutes.

The rest of the series runs throughout the summer and aligned with seasonal shifts and lunar cycles:

• Wednesday 29th July (Full Moon) — Catherine Weston + Sami Fitz

• Thursday 27th August (Full Moon) — Yasmin Rai + Sami Fitz

• Saturday 26th September (Full Moon) — James Cassidy + Sami Fitz

Bring a mat. Maybe a blanket. Wear something you can move in (and stay warm in once you stop).
