WELCOME TO EAST OF EDEN

East of Eden is an inclusive and welcoming movement community in Walthamstow. We want to help everyone find connection and joy in moving their bodies regardless of size, shape, age, fitness level, ability, race, religion, ethnicity, sexuality or gender. We offer 200+ classes per week with expert teachers, for all levels of fitness and movement experience.
