RIDE (Performance) is a music-led cycling class focused on specific fitness goals—whether that’s building cardiovascular endurance, improving high-intensity capacity, or simply enjoying a ride-focused workout.

Welcome to East of Eden RIDE. Indoor rhythm cycling to the beat in our purpose built studio with lights that can move in time to the music and a mirrored ceiling.

QUEER RIDE

Queer Ride is a low-cost, community spin class for LGBTQIA+ riders and allies. Inclusive, pressure-free, and open to all levels. Ride at your own pace and move in whatever way feels good. Expect a weekly soundtrack celebrating queer artists, icons, and genres.
