We are allowed to run mum and baby support groups in lockdown, to enable mums to get out of the house, and connect with others who have been through a similar experience at an isolated time. As well as mum and baby yoga, we offer reformer Pilates with your baby, to gentle rebuild your pelvic floor and core, and mum and baby barre fit for a safe yet high energy workout for the whole body, plus Breathcraft, a session combining breathwork with drawing to support positive mental health.
Our in person new mum and baby classes are structured as 4 week courses, so that you get to bond with your group plus you don't have to worry about booking a spot week after week. We can run these even in Tier 4 lockdown with numbers limited and mats spaced to observe social distancing. All our mum and baby classes include an hour after class to have coffee and cake from the cafe if you wish, to feed your baby and discuss the challenges of being a new mum with your peers. These classes are gentle and nourishing for you and your baby.
