Meditation and Gong Sound Therapy

Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to encourage a heightened state of awareness and focused attention.

Using sound as that technique, such as the sound of a gong, crystal bowls, other instruments, can be a blissful way to meditate. We offer regular gong sound meditations using therapeutic gong sounds and vibrations to bring about a meditative state making you feel relaxed and possibly experiencing an emotional release.

As well as regular sound baths, we offer yin and sound on ad hoc Mondays with Sami, and have an introduction to mindfulness workshop with Polly on October 16th, 2.30pm.
