Meditation and Gong Sound Therapy

Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to encourage a heightened state of awareness and focused attention.

Using sound as that technique, such as the sound of a gong, crystal bowls, other instruments, can be a blissful way to meditate. We offer regular gong sound meditations using therapeutic gong sounds and vibrations to bring about a meditative state making you feel relaxed and possibly experiencing an emotional release.

As well as regular sound baths, we offer meditation and mindfulness courses and sessions with the next 6 week meditation course with James Cassidy starting Monday 4th October, 8.15 - 9am.
