Dynamic Flow and Yogasana classes are fast moving so you can expect to sweat, and leave the class feeling energised. You’ll get the chance to try some more challenging postures, with lots of inversions, however there will always be other options and you can rest in child’s pose if you need to.
In yogasana, the spiritual teachings of yoga are typically linked with a more physical practice, balancing out all seven chakras and maintaining the integrity of the spine.
All these classes are usually marked as experienced, but open to everybody so please don't be put off if they sound fun.
