Dynamic Flow, Yogasana and Mandala classes are fast moving so you can expect to sweat, and leave the class feeling energised. You’ll get the chance to try some more challenging postures, with lots of inversions, however there will always be other options and you can rest in child’s pose if you need to.
In yogasana, the spiritual teachings of yoga are typically linked with a more physical practice, balancing out all seven chakras and maintaining the integrity of the spine.
A mandala-style yoga flow draws upon the wholeness and shape of a mandala to create a dynamic sequence that has you moving around your mat in a circular pattern, much like the shape of a mandala itself. It's a great way to connect mind and body, is a dynamic practise, with a chance to try some more advanced postures as part of the flow. It's also a lot of fun, so why not give it a go?
All these classes are marked as experienced, but open to everybody so please don't be put off if they sound fun.
