The mornings will begin with an early meditation and include a dynamic class for all levels, breaking postures down to develop a better understanding of anatomical alignment and the way we move with out breath to create fluidity. In the evenings, we’ll get together for a restorative or slow flow practice to unwind and reset, leaving you feeling calm and balanced. There will be 2 workshops in the mix where you’ll learn skills and techniques to add into your daily practise and develop your own personal practise. Students can expect creative, well thought out sequencing, detailed alignment and upbeat music.

Catherine completed her advanced level teacher training with the renowned Jason Crandell who she has been fortunate enough to assist in his teacher trainings. Additionally she has studied with many international teachers including Stephanie Snyder, Kristin Campbell, Matthew Sanford with whom she has studied yoga for trauma and stress. She trained with Katy Appleton to teach pre and post natal yoga and is currently on a year long training program with Alexandria Crow.
