Free Daily Meditations for Mental Health Awareness Week

It’s mental health awareness week from 18th May 2020, and it feels more important than ever before, with the COVID-19 lockdown, to let people know they are not alone. We will be running free morning meditations on Instagram live every day next week at 7.30am from a variety of our wonderful teachers. We will finish the week with a Yoga for Mental Health workshop on Saturday with Lisa Carmody. Lisa has worked with people with serious mental health issues, so has direct experience of how the simple grounding practises of yoga can help. Instagram Live timetable as follows.
