Kids an teen classes are currently on pause with the pandemic, however we run livestream pregnancy classes and in studio mum and baby classes.
During the COVID lockdowns, we can still run mum and baby classes in studio - yoga, reformer Pilates and barre fit. We structure our new mum and baby classes as 4 week courses, so that you get to bond with your group plus you don't have to worry about booking a spot week after week. We can run these even in Tier 4 lockdown with numbers limited and mats spaced to observe social distancing. All our mum and baby classes include an hour after class to have coffee and cake from the cafe if you wish, to feed your baby and discuss the challenges of being a new mum with your peers.
