This is a high energy class, a whole body workout, while still being careful about the post natal nature of your body. Bring your baby to lie on the mat next to you as you used ballet inspired moves to rebuild your strength after pregnancy and labour.
We structure our new mum and baby classes as 4 week courses, so that you get to bond with your group plus you don't have to worry about booking a spot week after week. We can run these even in Tier 4 lockdown with numbers limited and mats spaced to observe social distancing. All our mum and baby classes include an hour after class to have coffee and cake from the cafe if you wish, to feed your baby and discuss the challenges of being a new mum with your peers.
